The Iowa Jail Diversion Program (48-Hour Weekend Program) is a lockdown program that takes place in a hotel in lieu of serving 48-Hours of jail time. This course includes all of the 12-hour class curriculum. All rooms are single occupancy only.

Certification:
New Leaf has been approved to offer the Jail Diversion Program through the Iowa Judicial Branch serving all counties in Iowa. The class meets the State of Iowa requirements under sections 321J.2 and 321J.17, Subsection 2.
